The track sound like distant reggaeton tune echoing from the shower where B. Kopta is delivering energetic and irreverent lyrics, catapulting the two producers outside their comfort zone, yet keeping the playful spontaneity of both.

Zenjiskan says: "It came out of an experiment of layering and stretching the main sample. At first, the track was going to be an instrumental, but then Buddha Kopta heard it and we immediately tried some lyrics that quickly determined the final form. Aqueleque's remix also came out organically, he simply was the best candidate for it."

About Zenjiskan

Zenjiskan is Corrado Scanavino, a computer programmer and music producer based in Barcelona.
He focuses on breaking the barriers between genres such as hip hop, electronic or world music.
After collaborating with local artists such as Filastine and releasing singles for labels such as Folcore, it is at the end of 2019 when his first reference in physical format comes out - the EP Harmonic Vision (Decibel Discos). In 2020 he self-released a mixtape called PALMS and in 2021 he showcased a new live set at Sónar CCCB. He has been hosting a radio show about beats culture and new forms of electronic music on Dublab BCN (Battuta) for five year now. In the recent past, he has managed a series of regular events focused on live electronic music under the name Beatification.

About Buddha Kopta

Buddha Kopta is a portuguese rapper, beatmaker and music producer living in Barcelona. Very influenced by the music of the 90's, he started creating beats in 2004 and released his latest solo rap album "Intrastellar" in 2019. In 2011 he started the rap group and record label Projecto Sério, an inspiring creative space for artists from all genre where to share synergies.

Zenjiskan relata: "Nace de un experimento de superponer capas y estrechar el sample principal. En principio, el tema se iba a quedar como instrumental, pero cuándo lo escuchó Buddha Kopta, en seguida probamos unas lyrics y encontramos la clave que lo elevaba. El remix de Aqueleque también nació de forma orgánica, era simplemente el mejor candidato en circulación para ello".

Zenjiskan es la expresión artística de Corrado Scanavino, programador informático y productor musical afincado y activo en Barcelona desde 2011 con el que se centra en romper barreras entre géneros cómo hip hop, electrónica o world music.Tras colaborar con artistas locales como Filastine y publicar temas sueltos para sellos como Folcore, a finales de 2019 llega su primera referencia en formato físico - el EP Harmonic Vision (Decibel Discos). En 2020 autoedita su primera mixtape llamada PALMS y en 2021 presenta un nuevo directo en Sónar CCCB. Lleva cinco temporadas conduciendo un programa de radio sobre beats y nueva música electrónica en Dublab BCN (Battuta) y en el pasado reciente, ha organizado un evento enfocado en música electrónica en vivo llamado Beatification.
